Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as required by anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

Withdrawal processing times:

• BCA / BRI: 5 minutes during WIB banking hours
• BNI (via BI-FAST): 15–30 minutes, 24 hours
• Mandiri: 5 minutes during WIB banking hours
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 15 minutes

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000. nex77 does not charge withdrawal fees. You are limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests per 24-hour period.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

nex77 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts flagged for suspicious deposit-and-withdrawal activity without genuine betting behavior may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Betting Rules

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing authority.
• For football matches, bets are settled on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly specified in the bet type.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If the match is canceled or rescheduled beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live betting (in-play) odds are updated in real time. nex77 reserves the right to suspend betting markets during critical moments (goals, red cards, penalties) to recalculate odds.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Closure and Termination

nex77 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering

• Extended account inactivity (no login for 12+ months)

If your account is closed by nex77 due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
